Install the agent on the server
A small program on the computer where the ERP database lives. It only makes outbound connections: no one needs to open a firewall port or get a fixed IP.

Write the query once
Whoever knows the database (you, IT or the ERP consultant) writes the SQL. Each {{variable}} becomes a filter anyone can use later, without touching code.

Build the dashboard and share it
Format columns as currency and percentages, drag the indicators wherever you like and choose who sees each dashboard. Then just send the link.

The query runs inside your network, through the agent. Only what appears on screen goes to the Indica BI cloud, at the moment it's shown, and none of it is stored there.

Do I need to change my ERP?
No. Indica BI reads the database of the system you already use. Nothing changes in the daily routine of the people who run the ERP.
Which databases does it work with?
Today SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL/MariaDB, which cover most ERPs used by small and medium-sized companies. Firebird and Oracle are on the way.
Can you see my company's data?
The database password stays only on your server, encrypted. Each query result passes through our cloud, encrypted, only to reach your screen, and it isn't stored.
Do I need to know SQL?
Whoever builds the queries does, or they can ask IT or the ERP consultant. People who just follow the dashboards need nothing but the link. During the pilot phase, we help build the first dashboards.
What if the office internet goes down?
The dashboard warns that the agent is offline and shows why. When the connection comes back, the agent reconnects by itself, without losing anything.
How much does it cost?
From R$ 99 a month, with unlimited users on every plan. Implementation and advisory are optional, for those who have no one to build the queries. During the beta, pilot companies use it at no cost.
